My second attempt at a recipe from Deceptively Delicious...

Macaroni and Cheese (with butternut squash puree')

I have to admit...it tasted horrible. The butternut squash puree' was not deceiving...it tasted just like butternut squash. blachhh.

(I think I may have 3.5 more cups of butternut squash puree' than I need in the freezer...)
